Pipe Selection
Lined Steel Pipe
Our plastic-lined piping systems combine the strength of steel with the chemical resistance of advanced plastics like Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), and Polypropylene (PP). This ensures reliable performance in harsh environments.
We can fabricate lined steel pipe spools up to 8 inches in diameter within hours, with free-floating flanges for easy alignment. Our quick turnaround helps keep your operations running smoothly and safely, even when handling acids, corrosives, or hazardous materials.
Fiberglass Lined Pipe
Our fiberglass pipe fabrication ability allows for quick installation of special piping configurations. Pipe fittings, gaskets and adhesives are available for immediate shipment.
Fiberglass Systems (Smith Fibercast) Piping Systems use corrosion-resistant epoxy or vinyl ester resins with fiberglass for strength. Lightweight and easy to install, these pipes offer excellent flow rates and can replace steel, PVC, and CPVC in many industries. They’re ideal for transferring chemicals like sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and bleach.

Hoses specifically suited for the Food, Beverage & Dairy, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and Bio-tech manufacturing markets, where FDA Compliance is necessary. We stock Suction & Discharge, Crush Resistant, and Wine & Spirits Hoses readily available when you need them.
Depending on application, size, fitting, and reinforcement, our hoses are available in the following ranges:

- Temperature: 0° to 250° F
- Pressure: 0 to 250 PSIG
Teflon Lined Hose
Flexible hoses with corrosion resistant Teflon lining used in a wide variety of applications and services. Many fitting options for convoluted or smooth bore virgin and conductive PTFE linings. They are available in braided stainless steel, polypropylene, and with a rubber reinforced cover, making them suitable for many pressures, temperatures and chemical extremes.
Depending on application, size, fitting, and reinforcement, our hoses are available in the following ranges:
- Size: 1/2” to 4”
- Temperature: -20° to 350° F
- Pressure: full vacuum to 3,000 PSIG
Metal Braided Hose
Custom corrugated metal braided hose assemblies typically used in high-temperature and high-pressure applications. Large inventory of hose and fittings in 316SS and Monel.
Depending on application, size, fitting, and reinforcement, our hoses are available in the following ranges:
- Size: 1/4” to 14”
- Temperature: Cryogenic to 1,500° F
- Pressure: full vacuum to 3,000 psig
