August 18, 2009 ICIS and FCX Performance Announce Software Partnership and Distribution Agreement
FCX Providing ICIS Software and Services to the U.S. Market
ICIS Software Solutions and FCX Performance announced today that they have entered into an exclusive Partnership and Distribution agreement for the ICIS range of software products in the U.S. market. Under this agreement FCX will have the exclusive distribution rights to the ICIS branded software applications encompassing the unique product set of:
• ICIS Plant Energy - Energy Consumption and Analysis without Metering hardware
• ICIS Plant Performance - Process Cycle Time Analysis and Value Stream Mapping
• ICIS Plant Alarm - Alarm Analysis and Rationalisation Tools
“This partnership with FCX enables the ICIS software tools and applications to reach an ever expanding market across the U.S. through the extensive well established and respected FCX sales network,” said ICIS CEO Des Cooling.
FCX will provide software Sales, Installation, and Support for the ICIS toolset through their current Process Engineering Division.
“We’re very excited to be in this unique position of offering the ICIS toolset to the U.S. market through FCX. Our customers and new clients will benefit extensively from these feature rich applications in order to aid with and drive their Energy and Operational cost reduction programs,” said FCXs Process Divisions General Manager Hugh Roddy.

FCX Performance, a leading specialty distributor, has been awarded additional Midwest territory for the distribution of Limitorque Actuation Systems.
Under this new arrangement, FCX will have responsibility for sales in the following additional territories:
• Northern Illinois – Northern counties, to be determined, but roughly north of Springfield.
• Indiana
• Iowa - Counties, to be determined, in the eastern portion of the state bordering Illinois & Wisconsin.
• Michigan
• Wisconsin – Excluding a number of counties, to be determined, in the western portion of the state.
