Chief Executive Officer
Tom Cox joined as CEO of FCX Performance in 2015. Prior to joining FCX, Mr. Cox was Executive Vice President with MSC Industrial Supply, a NYSE listed global company, for 17 years. In that role his areas of responsibility included Field Sales, Call Centers, Ecommerce, Telesales, National and Government Accounts, and he oversaw a worldwide sales organization of 3,000 Associates. He has extensive experience in sales force effectiveness and acquisitions integration. During Tom’s tenure, MSC Industrial’s sales increased from approximately $500 million to over $2.7 billion.
Before joining MSC, Mr. Cox was President of his own transportation business, MailNet, with offices in the United States and overseas. He also spent a decade in the United States and Europe with TNT Express Worldwide, an international transportation company. At TNT, he was responsible for Worldwide Sales and Marketing based in Europe and also held the position of President of the Americas. He also spent time in management for Avis Rent a Car System, LLC.
Tom is a graduate of St John’s University in New York.
Russell S. Frazee
Chief Operating Officer
In his position as Chief Operating Officer at FCX Performance, Mr. Frazee is responsible for all facets of operations including our systems and technology, distribution, customer service, and quality controls. He played a major role in the integration of 18 acquisitions, and provides expertise and direction to our 34 branches and 18 distribution centers, helping to create North America’s premier specialty flow control distributor. Prior to joining us in 2001, Mr. Frazee spent eight years managing CompuServe Interactive Services, Inc.’s distribution operations, and additional time with Ultrex Corporation developing channel software for companies such as Emerson and ABB.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management at Ohio Dominican University and an MBA from Franklin University.
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Hill is FCX Performance’s Executive Vice President and has primary responsibility for business development activities including sales and marketing, vendor relations, strategic accounts, and training resources. Mr. Hill joined us in 1992, and has been part of our senior management team since 2006. He has expertise in sales, sales management, strategic accounts, and operations, as well as flow control technology and applications. Mr. Hill has assisted in the integration of many of our acquired companies and serves on a number of advisory boards of our leading manufacturers.
Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University.
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. Snowden joined our executive leadership team in 2014 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining FCX, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for DSW Inc., where she was responsible for leading HR strategy and execution for the growth-oriented fashion retailer.
Ms. Snowden has over 20 years of experience leading all aspects of recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and administration for organizations including Cardinal Health, L Brands, and LCI International. Ms. Snowden is also an adjunct faculty member for the MBA/business programs at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from The Ohio State University.
